Had a great time staying here with friends! We visited Zaitunay Bay and the local Gemmayze neighborhood for drinks. The hotel area was safe and the staff went above and beyond to enhance our stay. Rooms were clean, and the location made it easy to get around.
One downside was that the bed in our junior suite was against the wall on one side, which made it tricky to get out of bed at times.

The Deluxe King Room with Balcony was really nice. The bed was super comfy, and I loved the double glazing that kept it quiet at night. It felt cozy and clean, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The tea-making facilities were a nice touch in the morning too! No major complaints, just wish the room had a bit more space to move around and hang up clothes.

The executive suite was surprisingly spacious with balconies off both the living room and bedroom, making for a pleasant stay. The staff provided first-class service, always eager to help, which enhanced our experience. While the hotel was fully booked during breakfast, the lack of staff awareness about room issues created frustration. Unfortunately, this overshadowed our stay, leaving us feeling unsettled despite the strong hospitality and great dining options, especially the Hungarian beef stew.
